A: That's a good question ;)
I'll contact AppSumo to ask.

Can your API integrate with external SaaS software to automatically send personalised WhatsApp notifications triggered by events (e.g. new reviews, daily updates and approval requests)? Can incoming WhatsApp replies be sent back to our software via webhooks to trigger actions, such as approving content or requesting changes? Is all this functionality included in the $49 Starter lifetime plan, and can we use it without our own Meta API approval?
Hello, i wrote to you now several times in chat, on your website, to your contact email and in your support tickets. Why do i have to escalate always? Please care about your customers and reply. Thank you. Could you please provide me feedback? Ticket 580 and 626
After your last campaign, you became very quiet in your Facebook group. During the previous AppSumo campaign, you were very quick to add new features, but after that, the development slowed down. Will this product be developed further / supported after this campaign, or do you just plan to do one last cash grab and abandon the product? Sorry if I'm being too harsh, but recently, a lot of LTDs seem like cash grabs. Thanks
Hello, I have the offer (3 codes) and am using the "Email-to-ticket" feature with Google Workspace. I use a single Workspace account with multiple aliases (e.g., sav@, hello@, compta@) and connect via IMAP using the primary account. The issue is that there is currently no way to filter or route incoming emails based on the alias (the recipient's address); as a result, every inbox I create receives the same mixed stream of emails. In early September, the support team mentioned that a filtering feature was planned for the end of the month. Has this been delayed, and could you provide an updated estimate for when it might be available? Is there any workaround (such as selecting specific IMAP folders/labels, filtering based on "To" or "X-Original-To" headers, etc.)?
