TechServQ: What about other social media such as LinkedIn, TikTok and X?
I'm trying to understand what - More means here - "Connect with WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, and more" ? Are there other connections that you're supporting? Is this an ongoing project that you will be supporting and expanding, or is this sold as-is and you're done? Curious on its future growth, as there's going to be so many WhatsApp social media outlets there that we can use.

You can find the complete list of supported channels (those you can connect to the unified inbox) on this page https://docs.anychat.one/omnichannel-inbox/supported-channels. LinkedIn, TikTok, and X are not yet supported. We will expand the list of supported channels in the future. We are actively working on this project daily.
