Q: Is the connection on the in side or the out side
If I have a automation that receives a webhook and sends it to another program after formating. Is that counted as 1 connection or two

This will be considered 1 connection, as it will contain 1 Data Source. Regarding Formatting and Date Destination, there can be several of them in 1 connection.

A: Hello! Thank you for your question. We cannot take data from any site. Our system can receive data via API or Webhook. Accordingly, we can receive data only from those resources that can return data via Webhook or API.
