Q: Features

Hello,
1-Can I add ex. 500 users, but launching a workflow (with a multitude of steps) with 150 per month (at the tier 3 plan)?
if yes can I add them with a CSV file?
2-do you have a tutorial for using the webhook? because using Zapier would be too expensive.
3-do you have an integration with ApixDrive?
4-By reading the posts I saw changes in pricing and I'm a little lost, can you give a summary?
5-Can we remove users with high rights without losing this place and recovering it for another?
THANKS

A: Hello,

1. We only charge by request so you'll get 150 requests per month with no limit on approvers on the tier 3 plan. We could potentially add your user list via CSV as a one-time courtesy but we would not be able to submit requests via CSV.

2. When you create a workflow, you're given the a sample payload. We're in the process of reworking our docs and I don't have an up-to-date tutorial...

Q: Comparison to Process Street

Hi,
I'm looking for an alternative to Process Street and I would like to know whether your solution could replace it in a way to be more tailored towards processes rather than approvals.
Could you please describe the main differences between your solution and Process St. in a way that clearly states what Approvethis can't do. It would save me a lot of time and I see that it is listed as an Process street alternative.

Thank you in advance!

A: Thanks for reaching out. Happy to give you an honest comparison based on my understanding of Process Street's current offering.

The core difference: Process Street is a general-purpose process execution platform where team members complete tasks in checklists. ApproveThis is purpose-built for approval workflows where everything flows through submit, review, approve/deny/revise. We go deep on...

Q: Tier 3 = 150 requests only?

Am I reading this correctly? Even at Tier 3, I can only request approval 150 times? So if I have content for clients approval, this isn't as useful at all.

A: Hello,
Yes, that's 150 requests per month. Each with unlimited steps, conditions, and file storage.

We've found that offering forever deals at our largest plan sizes isnt a sustainable business practice for us. Sorry this one doesn't fit your needs!

Q: Frustration Over Unexpected Changes to Purchased Plan and Lack of Communication

I purchased Tier 3 on July 31, 2025 (redeemed on September 29, 2025). The deal clearly stated 25 approvers and unlimited everything else—simple and straightforward! Today, when I logged into my account, I saw this in the billing section » Manage Plan: 10 Approvers » Usage and Settings: 25 Unique Approvers + 150 Workflows. What’s going on? Why were the deal terms changed? And why wasn’t I informed...

A: So sorry for the stress! You still have your original entitlement with no restriction on the volume of requests. Can you send a note to [email protected] or the chat widget so we can get you fixed up?

All our users have one or the other. Old plans are approver limited (like when you bought yours) and new plans are approval limited. We still support all our legacy plans and, as...
