We’ve just added Visitor engagement to AssistLoop.

You can now see who’s on your site, which pages they’re on, and reach out while they’re still there; with a short message next to the chat button, not a popup that takes over the page.

Set a message to appear after someone stays on a page, goes quiet, or looks like they’re about to leave. Or send one yourself. If they tap it, it opens the same chat you already use.

You’ll also get a visit history and optional alerts when someone new arrives or opens a message.

Find it in your dashboard under Visitor engagement. Turn it on for your agent in Settings, and you’re ready.

We’re expanding the AI model catalog so you can pick the right engine for every agent — from fast everyday replies to deeper, more complex conversations Here’s what each model is best for:

• GPT-5 Mini: Efficient all-rounder for high volume. Strong balance of speed and quality for FAQs, product questions, and routine troubleshooting.

• GPT-5 Nano: Most compact GPT-5 option. Ideal for short, simple turns where latency and throughput matter more than long, multi-step reasoning.

• GPT-5.1: Solid general-purpose model for clear, reliable answers. Good default when you want stronger quality than Mini without moving to the top of the range.

• GPT-5.2: Higher-quality conversations with better handling of nuance. Suited to agents that need clearer explanations and more consistent multi-turn context.

• GPT-5.4: Stronger reasoning and instruction-following for complex flows. Useful when agents must follow detailed policies, compare options, or walk users through multi-step fixes.

• GPT-5.4 Mini: Smaller GPT-5.4 variant. Keeps much of the 5.4 quality profile with a lighter footprint for mid-complexity conversations at higher volume.

• GPT-5.4 Nano: Most compact GPT-5.4 option. Best for brief, structured replies when you still want the 5.4 line rather than the base Mini/Nano family.

• GPT-5.5: Premium-tier quality for demanding conversations. Strong choice for hard product questions, edge cases, and replies that need careful, well-structured answers.

• GPT-5.6 Luna: High-end model optimized for refined, high-quality writing. Suited to agents where tone, clarity, and completeness matter as much as correctness.

• GPT-5.6 Terra: High-end model for the most demanding workloads. Best when agents need maximum capability across complex product knowledge and long conversations.

🚀Many AppSumo users have been asking for BYOK, and it's finally here!

BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) is now available for AssistLoop AppSumo Tier 2 and Tier 3 users.

You can now connect your own AI provider API key and use it to power customer support conversations inside AssistLoop. This gives you more control over your AI usage, costs, and model choices.
