We had been using another AI chat platform on our website for a while, but there was always a frustrating disconnect between the chat and our CRM (WHMCS). We specifically needed a solution where the AI could automatically create a support ticket in WHMCS without any human intervention.
AssistLoop nailed it. The interface is incredibly modern, fast, and easy to navigate. Integration was a breeze thanks to their official plugins for both our WordPress front end and the WHMCS Client area (there’s also a standard JavaScript option if you need it).
Where AssistLoop truly elevates itself above the competition is the "Agent Actions" feature. The interface allows you to create custom requests and POST them to the WHMCS API based on AI prompts, perfect for when a user asks to create a ticket or speak to a human.
To top it off, their support team is super fast, incredibly helpful, and genuinely focused on resolving issues. With their assistance, we had everything up and running in no time. The free mobile apps are also a fantastic bonus for monitoring chats on the go. Highly recommended!

I've currently only set this up on two dev sites but the setup was easy and the bot seems to perform well (using GPT-4.1 Nano). I'm no AI expert so can't give you comparison between the models, but it seems to answer questions well with the data I've fed it.
There have been some features that were missing or not quite working, but whenever I've raised this via their own live chat, they've listened and fixed or added features very quickly (shout out to Hasen from support!).
While I've not deployed a bot into a production environment yet, I will soon and currently, I've no concerns about doing so!
If the dev team keeps working on this, adding features and fixing any issues, I think it's going to be a great tool for the future.

I think this one has great potential. Without naming names, it has every feature some of many the other SAAS had but at a fraction of the price. The deal is priced properly, and the team is willing to fix issues and improve the system, which is all that matters in my opinion. I raised an issue in the questions section, and they fixed it within minutes (the lead collection feature was broken and now works).
Some things I wish they would add: 1. The ability to control where the widget shows by pixels from the bottom, right, and left. Right now, you get to choose whether to place the widget on the right or the left, but the same spot is reserved by many themes for the cookie banner and the go back to the top of the page icon. If an option lets me set the widget icon's margin to the bottom of the page, that would be great! 2. Add integration to email newsletter, such as SendFox, Encharge, which are very popular here in AppSumo. This way, when someone provides their email address during chat, they are automatically registered to one of the segments on Encharge 3. Allow webhook for email collection, which opens the door for so many integrations through Zapier, bit integrations, etc This way, if my email provider does not have a native integration, I can use something like Zapier to link it 4. The platform logs me out every few seconds. now sure what this is all about, but I'd like to be logged in for a longer period of time 5. An app for Android and iOS to allow team workers to reply to live chat

wish it had API access. the ui is easy, gpt 4.1 is non responsive and the fast models like 4.1 nano do work. This needs to be debugged a bit but i think is a great value. improve your product and it's 5 stars! good effort and i'll keep this one.
EDIT: they have deprecated models - it will cost you clients. gpt 4.5 api isn't even available. the "dev team", is non existent and i'm starting to think the customer service do not know what an api is.
