I built Atomic Planning first, to keep a company's plan on one page instead of in a deck nobody reopens. Atomic Feedback came out of the same frustration pointed the other way. The requests that should shape a plan were scattered across email, support threads and Slack, and the person who asked never heard what happened to their idea. So this is deliberately a public board rather than a private inbox. Anyone can post an idea and vote on someone else's, you set one of six statuses, and everyone who voted sees it change. The board counts votes instead of scoring them, because a number people can check beats a percentage they have to trust. Only your team can reply to a comment, one level deep, which keeps a thread readable. It is a small tool on purpose. There are no roles to administer, no workflow to configure, and nothing to set up beyond naming the board. If it works, you stop rewriting the same thanks-for-the-suggestion email, and your users stop wondering whether anyone read it.
