Brilliant software and is excellent value for money. The rank tracking and link data modules are brilliant. Customer service is first class!

Takes a while to get to grips with but it is worth it in the end. Initially went for tier 2 but upgraded to tier 3 soon after.

One improvement could be more analytics integrations. Don’t like Google Analytics due to privacy reasons and Adobe is quite expensive for a small business.

I have been trying to setup a project in my account and I keep getting an error when I finish adding keywords and setting it all up! Super frustrating! I bout the 2nd Tier now it is too late to get a refund. :(

Authoritas provides good value. Even if you only use their rank tracker it will save you money in the long run. Also, Authoritas has many more features. We use ahrefs and SEMRush as well but for smaller projects/sites we don't need all the extras. Authoritas has room for improvement but this deal provides a lot of value.

The FAQ explorer tool is also very powerful. There's room for improvement in the keyword and link data tools. The good news is that they have already begun working on them. I am also very impressed with the new user interface.

I have used several SEO software since 2008. I used semrush, ahref, seomoz for years and also had account with analytics seo (later became authoritas) semrush and authoritas would always complement each other. I would discover backlinks on authoritas (analytics seo back then) when semrush did not have the data. Fast forward to 2021, I purchased license in the last minute before deal sold out and read the reviews on this page. I found the negative reviews is not justified in reality and wanted to share my perspective.

I purchased Screpy couple months ago. Although interface seems more user friendly, functions are extremely limited. It got whooping 450 x 5 star review while much stronger software with all the functions that "are actually working" got no recognition.

PROS:

-My website has been crawled and I started getting reports for technical SEO improvements. I can initiate crawl and I can schedule the time for crawl. Limit number of pages per crawl.

-Uploaded close to 1500 keywords. In an hour, all keywords were checked against rankings pages from my website. I can go into each of these 555 ranking pages and identify which keywords are ranking and come up with content improvement.

-Keywords ranking results:

You can pull lot of creative reports (that would require extra filters and expertise) straight from the filters:

Keywords where the wrong page is ranking, and ranking well
Keywords where the wrong page is ranking, and ranking poorly
Keywords where the page or content could be optimized
Keywords where you don't rank and probably don't have content for the query
Keywords where local results are being displayed
Keywords where the homepage ranks outside of position #1
Keywords with most traffic potential, aka. low hanging fruit
Keywords that have had Ranking Page Flux in the last month
Keywords where my rank has dropped recently

-Link data shows backlinking websites with no follow - do follow so I can analyze further.

CONS:
Interface had lot of changes. It definitely needs improvement and even complete redesign to get the under the hood features more visible.

-Left menu should be dockable and should be minimized to just icons to give more space for the main section.
-There is vast options to filter which makes it unusable. I'm sure there are advanced users who may want to see all but may not be relevant for many.

-There should be a lot more info popups to explain what each functions is. They have youtube channel that has lot of tutorials how to use the tool but the interface could help guide the user. https://www.youtube.com/c/Authoritas/playlists

Price / value wise authoritas is superb investment.
