A: Hi there, please send us a note if you need to reassign a license at [email protected]. This is something that you cannot do manually as licenses are assigned onto a single email. If you are using multiple emails, we would recommend purchasing a Tier 2+ AppSumo plans you can license more than one email.
Hello. Great looking product! I have a question about the AI Credits included in each AppSumo plan. If I hover over the AI Credits box it says "One-time: AI button... etc". Reading 'one-time' is concerning to me because usually that means we would only get those credits once and then once they are used up they don't replenish. So for Tier 1 (50 AI Credits) or Tier 2 (200 credits) do those renew monthly? So Tier 2 for example we would get 200 + 20 free credits = 220 credits to use each month for life?
