Q: Do you have any documentation or training available?
There's no onboarding process within the app, I'm struggling with adding SMTP. It returns an error but the error message is blank so I don't even have enough information to submit a support ticket.
plan 2 have unlimited emails send. What's that mean actually? 1. example: can i connect 10 free gmail accounts and just send 5000 emails daily? (free gmail limit is 500 per day each account) 2. which better, gmail or custom domains as sender account? are those really matter on inbox rate?
Yes, you can connect your inboxes to send emails. We suggest that you get custom domains and do warmup on them, otherwise your gmail account emails will probably end up in spam folder. 500 emails a day is way too much for both :)

I cannot find any documentation or proper training on the various functions of the tool for example the {ice breaker} placeholder I don't know if the tool creates the ice breaker using ai like other tools do or if I need a column in my CSV with an already pre-created ice breaker.
Is there some link with all the documentation and tutorials? You know to become a power user and understand all the features of the tool?

We donāt have a personalized Icebreaker feature, but if you specify the product you're selling and the target audience, you can click on the 'Create Email with AI' option, and it will generate an email template accordingly. If you are using port 465 for smtp, try with port 587 and it will work :)

Q: How accurate is the email verification? I use amazon ses which requires very low bounce rates (less then 2%)
