I am not in the business of developing branding for others. However, I've found Baseline to be very helpful in sorting out my brand colors, fonts, and tone of voice.

Pros:
* I was surprised to see that, in addition to branding, Baseline has a powerful designer. Your brand assets are pulled in nicely, helping create consistent designs effortlessly.
* A license for the desktop tool, Norde Pro, is included in this deal. Norde is a handy little icon manager that I was able to put to use right away.
* Support is excellent, and my first impression of Baseline is that of a quality company.
* The gradients that the branding tool automatically generated based on my brand colors were a very nice touch!

Cons:
Not much to list here. Currently, it is not possible to use the gradients in Baseline's designer—one can only use the solid brand colors. I have been told that this is coming soon.

TL;DR: If you are in the business of developing branding for others, do not miss this deal and go for tier 3. If you have your own brand(s) and do any hands-on design work, such as creating your own social media assets, banners, etc., grab at least the tier 1 license.
