As a digital agency owner specializing in social media for the past decade, Baseline seemed like a must-have in my toolbox. But most interestingly I have been developing our web design offer this past year, and many clients come to us without a brand kit – sometimes even without a logo. I had just started creating a “brand guideline” document through Vistacreate (formerly Crello), so that clients could approve the brand identity and colours as a first step before we started on their website. Baseline popped up on AppSumo after I sent my second home-made brand kit to a client. It seemed like a godsent.

Clients have expressed that they enjoy the Baseline brand kit much more than my initial one-page design. Being able to give them a link to their own brand kit also helps me nurture the relationship long-term; I expect they will share these with their clients and partners, and will come to me again for updates to their branding when needed.

I just started generating banners and social posts through Baseline, as they are already on brand with fonts and colors. While I di have other tools, this does save quite a lot of time fidgeting to get the look and feel right. With some dev work and additional templates, I cacn see Baseline being a serious contender for Canva and other similar tool.

With all that in mind, I just upgraded to Tier 3.
