Being able to organize the respective projects by folders and color would be so clutch, I like the functionality of the BasicOps platform, but having to spend time seeking through the hundred or so projects which are scattered amongst multiple different clients is extremely poor design structure.

Q: Can I check if I'm a professional account user and under my team there are 5 members who are free users?
Can I assign them to more than 3 projects? Or the maximum number of projects they can handle at one time is only 3? Thanks!

In any of the Tiers you can have as many projects as you want. You can then add team members to each project.
