No customer support and can't login.
Very poor experience here with this product. And no customer support. The main problem is that when you create an account and then download the app clicking on the Sign In button on the app takes you to what looks like a new user profile creation page. So you can't link in to the deal. Deleting the app and trying again doesn't work. They should focus on making this version of the app work before trying to develop new features. Maybe they should make adaptive flashcards on how to log in. Both I and AppSumo support (who, once again, are super helpful) have emailed several times since 1 May but to no avail.

Jun 1, 2026I'm so sorry to hear about your experience. I can understand how frustrating that must be—especially when you've already completed the process and simply want to check on something, only to find that your messages don't seem to be getting through.
We actively monitor and respond to inquiries sent to [email protected] as well as text messages. We migrated our customer support operations to make things more streamlined but there were unfortunately some messages were affected including yours and a few others. So really sorry about it.
In terms of signing in, you should be able to use the same account you originally used to activate the service on the web.
