Q: Clarification Needed: Extra Infrastructure/AWS Costs on Tier 10 Lifetime Deal
1. Are video streaming and storage costs fully covered? Does this lifetime tier include all video/audio data routing on your own servers, or do I still need to connect my own external AWS (Amazon Web Services) / 100ms account and pay them separately for usage gas?
2. Is there any cap on international video data? If it is hosted on your servers, are there any extra regional fees if I have multiple...

Q: What is the difference between registered and unregistered?
Limit Tier 10 4000 registered people but what about unregistered visitors. Same? For example I have an open Fair.

A: Thank you for considering BeHuman.Online to host your online fairs! 🙏
When an attendee accesses your event, they consume a registration access - whether your event is open to people without an account, or if they identify themselves such as with email / SMS / Google.
Some of the largest events on the platform have been 'open' as you described where hosts used the option to enable attendees...
When someone joins using the 'anonymous' option, we set a cookie in their browser to recognize them on future visits. As long as they return using the same browser and the cookie is still present, they'll be recognized as the same attendee rather than counted as a new registration.
Ok that makes sense. What happens when 4,000 registrations are reached. Will additional visitors be turned away or do you count and send us the bill? If not is it possible to easily purchase additional capacity during an ongoing trade fair? And at what price?
I use zoom to record videos for youtube, with me also sharing additional content while talking on the screen (coaching, teaching). I also need both the mp3 and mp4 files of the recordings, and when having meetings (that are recordable), I'm also looking to simply be able to provide clients a link to the meeting without having to sign up for a platform to attend the meeting, etc. Is this all available with BeHuman.Online? Thank you!

Yes, BeHuman.Online can handle most of what you described:
✅ You can be on camera while sharing your screen/content.
✅ Meetings can be recorded when your event is connected to your 100ms.live account. You can record a composite view of the meeting, as well as individual participant streams, and download the resulting...
One way we keep costs down for our Hosts is by a hybrid "bring your own cloud" model. It's similar to "bring your own gas" when you rent a vehicle. We provide video calling up to 4 attendees per video room. To grow rooms beyond 4 callers, or to add other features like recording, we provide links to other video engines like AWS Chime, or 100ms.live.

One important technical question remains: Does BeHuman count a returning anonymous visitor again, or does it recognize them as the same participant?
When someone joins using the 'anonymous' option, we set a cookie in their browser to recognize them on future visits. As long as they return using the same browser and the cookie is still present, they'll be recognized as the same attendee rather than counted as a new registration.
