I think your class platform has different information, I don't know if you changed the system... I'm sending 4 screenshots: one of your configuration screen, and the other 2 of my event. In the demonstration video (screenshot attached), you have to check the LIVE item, but this item doesn't appear on my panel. Note that in my screenshots, my event appears in "Upcoming". Where is this live button located? What is the correct path to it? https://postimg.cc/gallery/1wFpq4r Thank you

A: Thank you for pointing this out, and I apologize for the inconsistency in the training videos to the live platform. The platform interface has recently been updated to group content and settings together, and doesn't directly match some aspects of the training videos (we are currently working on updating the training videos).
The Live checkbox has been replaced with a more clear checkbox...

A: Hi VK, thank you for your AppSumo purchase! 🙏 If you want to use video calling then you'll need to link to AWS or 100ms. Linking to Amazon Web Services (AWS) / 100ms is only needed when you want to allow attendees to meet on video such as in the Lounge or in the Private video feature. Many hosts use the platform for online event delivery, managing registrations, evergreen webinar lead capture,...
Thank you for the detailed response. So, can i do "no-video" conferences without AWS? - Can I share presentations and desktops without AWS? And, i further went through the AWS linkage, it seems simple, must i have a paid AWS account or just an AWS account? Should i purchase AWS credits for video conferencing?
Screen sharing will require linking to AWS or 100ms.live. However if you want to use the platform as a live stream or evergreen webinar venue then no link is required. For example you can create a live stream and push it to YouTube, Vimeo, or use a pre-recorded video from a source like Gumlet, Loom, or from your own RTMP source like Mux.com. Many hosts do exactly this on the platform.
If you want to do video conferencing, you'll need to link to either AWS Chime, or 100ms. AWS Chime requires payment-as-you-go at their per minute rate. 100ms.live offers a free plan with 10,000 minutes monthly - which depending on your use case, may be enough to operate entirely in the free plan.
I have an event that wants up to 1000 paid / ticketed attendees with the option for us to livestream 4 rooms for a hybrid event.
We plan to stream out from an Atem Mini via hardwired internet and can stream to Youtube via RTMP code and then just embed the Youtube Live video into the event page on BeHuman.
My question is if that all sounds like how it works? And second, how would it work for...

A: Hi Travis,
That sounds like a solid plan! 👍
For registration, you can use the Access Code feature to provide a unique code to each attendee, which you can encode into a link using our 'Reg Link' feature so the attendee doesn't need to look up the code at the time of the event - just to click the link you provide them.

Q: Amazon and speed networking
Is there a tutorial about how to set up the integration with Amazon?
Or can support help us set this up?
What would be the cost of AWS if say we host a weekly 1hour event of 100 attendees?
Finally do you host events where we can see how the platform works?

Never mind we switched to 100ms but can't find a tutorial video of how to connect 100ms to our account
