Q: What's Fluid Images Addon for $5?
This is a new addition and not involved to this one.. so we are not getting the fastest way to load the image files?
You might bring paid version later of more things, deeming this just useless

Just to clarify — as a lifetime AppSumo customer, you’re already getting fast-loading images. All your images are automatically converted to WebP format and delivered via our CDN, ensuring excellent speed and performance.
The Fluid Images Addon is an optional enhancement, not a replacement for the existing optimization. What it does differently is:
Resizes images dynamically based on the container or screen size, delivering the perfect image size for every device.
This results in reduced file sizes and even faster load times, especially on mobile devices or responsive layouts.
Think of it as an extra layer of optimization for users who want the most responsive image delivery possible. It’s optional and completely up to you.

raphael26PLUSyes, it´s understandable that you make new conditions for new users, but please be so kind (and fair) to honor the early involvement of your early adopters. Would be even willing to pay a one-time fee as a compromise.
I do like and use your plugin, it delivers better results than many others, so I hope you move away from LTDs soon and make sure to get plenty of subscriptions.

Absolutely agree with the others.
It clearly states "All future Business Site Plan updates" in your AppSumo deal terms, and on your website, the "Fluid Images" feature is included in the Business Plan.
So — why isn't this feature added to AppSumo LTD holders accordingly?
This is a huge red flag and shady practice if the terms we paid for aren't being honored. Awaiting their response on this.
We're also offering unlimited sites in our agency plan, so are we obliged to offer unlimited in the deal? That's not a reasonable point. There are many products on AppSumo whose site plans and deal features aren't the same.
Also we were guided by the AppSumo Business Development team that we can offer addons and charge separately for them. So I don't think there's any room for error.
I believe there’s some confusion on your end which you can resolve by contacting AppSumo support.

I never mentioned anything about your "Agency Plan" or "unlimited sites." What does that have to do with this?
We're simply referring to the terms of this deal, which is supposed to be tied to the Business Plan on your website, but apparently its not (by making Fluid Images a subscription add-on).
If there's some confusion, it's your job to liaise with AS and clarify it here. Not ours.
I used the Agency plan's unlimited sites as an analogy.
Now that I’ve found it in the "Deal Terms & Conditions" section, it seems we don’t have access to edit this part of the content. I’ll check with the AppSumo team to see if they can update it for us. Thanks for pointing this out.
We discussed this matter with AppSumo support and found that they added the “All future Business Site Plan updates” term without our consent or knowledge. Since this term is not editable, it was a mismanagement issue on their side. However we will continue honoring the term, with the exception of addons.
