Nice concept but weak implementation
I installed the plugin on different websites.
First the good part: if you have a very small ammount of pages/posts, it speeds up you pagespeed,
BUT:
If you have a high number of posts/pages, the drama begins:
I have more than 10000 pages on one domain. It serializes the cache creation through the wordpress scheduler with nearly one minute space between the schedules. So how long does it take to cache 10000 pages? Endless...
Also: No parallel caching. Also: after one day, only 280 pages out of 10000 have been cached! Sorry, nice concept but bad implementation.
The pagespeed numbers are great but the plugin does it through critical css creation and defer loading of scripts, lazy loading, ect.
If you want an instant cache with good results and you have a website with more than 50 pages, you will have to wait a very long time to get the caching done.
That's not professional and not usable at all.
So go and power-up your server architecture and allow processig in parallel. Then you get mor stars. Sorry.

May 9, 2024We're sorry for your bad experience. We're glad to know that our plugin delivered good results for your website. However, we understand that 98% of websites are not that huge, so we are considering launching a priority add-on subscription for BerqWP. Subscribers' websites will have a higher page cache limit. That would be a nice addition. Also, our customers understand that good results may take some time, but eventually, page limits will increase.
