Plugin Causes Site Breakage and Lacks Timely Support
I have been facing serious issues with BerqWP for the past 9 days. The plugin creates major compatibility problems with other plugins and core site functionality. In my case it completely breaks the Weglot language switcher. Site layouts, images and animated sections stop working as soon as BerqWP is enabled. Everything only works again after disabling BerqWP and clearing the cache.
Support response has been very slow. The first reply came after 4 days, and since then there has been no follow-up despite replying on the same thread. I avoided sending repeated reminders, but production websites cannot stay broken while waiting 1 to 2 weeks for support.
These problems are not unique. Similar issues have already been reported by other AppSumo lings, including broken layouts, missing images and lack of timely support.
If direct support is not available there should be clear documentation, compatibility guidelines, and troubleshooting steps so users can resolve issues themselves. At the moment, the product is difficult to use reliably on live sites.

Jan 31, 2026We had issues due to a problem on our server but that was resolved last week. You clearly didn't read the documentation we have a sandbox mode setting that disables optimizations for public users and ensures a safe experience for them.
Secondly we handle compatibility issues as they are reported. For compatibility issues with other products, we ask for WordPress logins where needed so we can test in the same environment where the issue occurred. We initially asked you for the logins but you refused and there was also no clear problem description provided.
We can resolve this if you're willing to cooperate.
