Q: Hey when we purchased the Berrycast, it said unlimited storage.

but now, with Stacked Appsumo codes, the limit is reduced to 20 hours of recorded video, and we need to pay a monthly fee for unlimited storage. How is this fair? We were sold something, we supported the company with real dollars, and now the initial adopters are sidelined.

Q: Literal Trash Leadership to do this.

So you shouldn't have offered unlimited when you know you would have had issues. I think of WordPress plugins I've bought where they offered unlimited licenses and they actually honored it. So I'm supposed to go through your interface, and delete dozens of hours of video when you don't even have a time effective way to do this? Ridiculous . I can only imagine how it is to work at your company and how to treat your employees when you promise one thing and they do a rug pull. You need to eat the cost.
