SumoglobinQ: It's been THREE DAYS since I reached out to support, and still NO reply. How long should I expect to wait??
I sent an email to the support email you posted on here, and I also used your 'feedback' button that you said to do on here, and that was all 3 days ago, and I've received no reply at all.
QUESTION: I liked some of the generated personas that you generated, BUT it seems there's no way to get bestever to generate more random ones. Am I stuck with the few you originally generated, or is there a way to get your site to generate more? And yes, I'm aware I can click 'add more' and type them all up from scratch if I wanted to.
P.S. The reason I've reached out to support is that AppSumo's site said my Tier 3 is activated, but your site does NOT seem to show that. I only have 220 credits and it says I'm on the FREE plan.
Since support is not responding, should I just go ahead and refund or what?

As for your question about personas: they aren’t fully random, the system generates six diverse personas based on your brand description, and that’s currently a fixed number. Sounds reasonable to expand this so you can generate additional variations, so we have noted this for future updates.

Yes, I'd love it if we could get it to generate more persona options instead of just being stuck with the original 6 or having to create more from scratch. Hope it gets released in the future!
