Q: where is support? anyone is getting support?
hi, is anyone getting support? i tried via email [email protected] and nothing; i am receiving welcome emails and commercial emails from them, but no answer from my request.
please confirm if the email [email protected] is the right one to get support

It looks like your Tier 3 activation issue was linked to a separate account created with a different login method. I believe that’s been sorted now, and you should be all set.
