Terrible software with even worse support
I have purchased this app for the second time only to be met again with bad results. This time I signed up for a Google Meet where oh surprise, we were a group.
The first impression I got from the man who attended us, was that of an unfriendly watchman who treats you badly as if he was doing you a favor.
When I explained to him that I followed all the steps I had said in the meeting and that I got TERRIBLE results, he started shooting me with a series of assumptions of how I was supposed to have made a mistake.
When I showed him the video and saw that none of them were true, he started saying nonsense like "your client's name is too long". Pedro is too long, I mean, if you have a client named Jessica, don't even think about putting her on an automated list because it's going to look like the girl from the exorcist is invoking your client.
If there is something more than a buggy app, it is a buggy app that does not recognize itself as such and treats its clients above men. I would pay 5 premium memberships to give less than 100 tacos to such unpresentable companies.

Firstly, to see results from regular users, check this link: https://www.bhuman.ai/user-showcase. Regarding someone from our team suggesting your video didn't meet our guidelines, the reality is with the right inputs, you're going to get the right outputs. Meaning, if you follow the guidelines and do a bit of experimenting, you will get a good result. I don't know specifically what happened with your video, but if you did not get a name pronounced in a human way even, it sounds like our AI did not get the right input. Did you have background noise, background music, or multiple speakers in your template video?
Finally, we have 140,000 users and need to support them all. We stream live for 2 hours every single day in order to provide a direct, face to face meeting time with our users, in addition to our live chat which is online from 6am-10pm EST. We are highly dedicated to customer support. There is nothing wrong with meeting in a group for our live, video call office hours. We are the only SaaS platform I know of that even offers this.
All in all, I'm sorry to hear about your experience but I can guarantee you it's not the experience of most people as you'll read from these reviews. There is a learning curve to BHuman and I understand it can be frustrating however if you were expecting something very effortless and plug and play
