Billed Questions

As someone who bought this product, they have provided appalling service. The features are faulty and customer data was deleted. I emailed support and they failed to fix the issues, they asked for screenshots and video, which was provided. Still no support and no fixes.

Billing is dodgy and has taken my money and ghosted. Highly fraudulent action.

Is there any date for the Wave Bridge, API, and MCP? I feel it's going slowly, and some of the features being pushed are not the ones that matter to real users, like shiny objects. We can code something useful in a couple of days or weeks. Some of the things I asked for a long time ago, like a business name, not just a name for the client, are still lagging, if I recall. The base was good, but it's stuck there, and development needs to start being faster and more convenient, don't you think?

Is this a coverup to get people's money?? We've been using this application for the past 1 year and a half and we have only been having issues with it. We really wanted to love this one. We bought one of the highest tiers so we could created different workspaces and brands BUT!

i use paypal for billing / receiving -- i need to still be able to not only integrate paypal, but use it in all places stripe normally would be.

I'm looking for an alternative to Freshbooks, but worried Billed isn't that loved or supported by its makers. How committed is this company to Billed? Where will it be in 5 years?
