Q: Why is there NO SUPPORT for this tool when you need it???

I'm looking for an alternative to Freshbooks, but worried Billed isn't that loved or supported by its makers. How committed is this company to Billed? Where will it be in 5 years?

Yikes, Im reading feedback here that support requests aren't getting responses, the app itself looks great but based on that factor alone I'm likely to refund rather than fussing any more over this Stripe integration - a pity it looks like a great alternative to Freshbooks but without support... well, it is what is then I guess.
I did end up trying it out, and my 1st issue is a make or break problem: multiple GST tax lines at the bottom of an invoice. I mean, adding GST on certain line items should be totaled together at the bottom, right?!
I literally just finished my 2024 taxes from my Freshbooks data and it was a breeze. Maybe I shouldn't mess with this.
Questions : 1) How to delete unused Brand List from Account Brand in Setting? 2) How to invite team member only for specific brand?
Issue Now : 1) I add team member, but team member for manager can access all projects. 2) I delete team member already but team member access still can login.

A: 1. To delete an unused brand, you will have to reach out to support as we will add this option soon. 2. Users for every brand are kept separate.

After checking trello it seems that the last activites are from 2023 2024 Also I could find that you are working at Agiled too which was in Appsumo Billed is the second invoice saas you created after https://invoicequickly.com When I click on https://invoicequickly.com , it redirec to Billed. And Billed component are in Agiled or seems to be.
Need clarifications thanks

A: Yes, Agiled is ours as well but it is much more complex product than billed. At Billed we mainly focus on the billing parts of the business. We are working actively on Billed and have recently introduced Accounting features.

Q: is paypal recurring billing allowed - or only stripe and credit card?
i use paypal for billing / receiving -- i need to still be able to not only integrate paypal, but use it in all places stripe normally would be.
