Now that it is crystal clear that the ingestion tokens are NOT unlimited…and that (as per my interpretation as it is not clearly stated) we can NOT use our keys (BYOK) to extend this limit…the question remains….

I get that 500k lines of code is a lot…but what if I need more? What are my options to add additional tokens on top of the provided ones?

I appreciate the response but unfortunately is an alarming limit and therefore a deal breaker.
Today there is no way to replenish ingested token, which means our growth is capped to the provided limit. Being unable to provide future top up costs - if and when available - is a significant risk for us as we are unable to forecast these fees.

Hi Sam - sorry to re-ask, but unfortunately I am not sure I understood your answer below.
1. I get that in Tier 3 we get 3M compute points (monthly) + 5M ingested tokens (one-time).
2. I get that with BYOK we get *unlimited* compute points.
My concern is with the ingested tokens in the event we need/want more that the 5M tokens!!!!
Are you saying below that if we bring our key (BYOK) the ingested tokens are also *unlimited*??
A: Hello - Ingestion tokens are not unlimited unfortunately. Ingestion tokens incur costs for us to maintain integrations, generate embeddings for data connected and also maintain vector databases for this data. Which is why we cannot currently make it unlimited if you add github tokens/keys. In future, we will reconsider this, as we optimize our infrastructure to store and serve the integrations...

Am I reading this correctly…’there is no way to add additional ingested tokens to my account and that it is not possible to use my own keys to ingest more code on top of the provided tokens’?
Please tell me that I misunderstood and that I can either use my own keys or buy more from you in order to ingest more code on top of the provided tokens!
Otherwise this offer would seem to be of very little value.

A: Hello, currently the total tokens ingested is the amount of data that is actively synced with Bind AI via integrations. The amount of tokens available via tier 3 should be sufficient to sync 500K lines of code. Please Note that this is different from compute points which are required for making queries to AI. When you add your API keys, you will get unlimited access for the keys you add....
Q: Cannot find any info regarding your company, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy on your website
Where are the company and your servers located?
I believe there are many jurisdictions require the website to have privacy policy if they collect personal data.
Are you GDPR compliant?
