You can see the total visitors and clicks in your site from Bit Assist Widget analytics but not individual user details. Also Bit Assist supports google analytics. Hi, the live chat messenger channel is removed and now we have only messenger now, you just have to add the Facebook username and it will take to your Facebook messenger. You can use Tawk.to, tidio, Intercom for live chat which is integrated in Bit Assist.
