Overall this is a really great product but this error I've been getting is really bugging me.
Whenever I try to use blip on my computer with my VPN turned on, it won't work. It gives me an error message saying to turn off my VPN. This is very disconcerting to me as a security professional. Is there a reason why you don't want encrypted traffic being inspected? I don't understand why a product would block VPN use. Please help me understand that. Thank you!

Apr 26, 2026A: Hey, thanks a lot for the feedback. We are working on this and it will be available soon in next weeks - where you will be able to use that. Why it is not working right now is because we are optimising the latency and reliability as we have seen with VPN - the latency increases many fold. So we do not want that for users, that's why we are optimising it before releasing.
