Q: Terrible service - I bought this just before the deal closed, and it was a week or so before I managed to activate.
I then discovered the currency issue below - I sent an email 13 days ago to support@ and never heard anything back. I love the look of this, and want to believe it will work, but I don't have a lot of confidence in it...
A: As I mentioned in my responses about non-USD currency display below please request a refund from AppSumo and I’ll give you a free lifetime account for your troubles so you can use Blixo once we can support your use case. Again, if anyone else is having similar issues trying to bill customers in a currency other than USD email support@blixo.com and we’ll offer you the same deal.
Q: Hi
Just a few questions
1) When will you be supporting CAD?
2) Do you support last-day-of-the-month subscription payments? 3) I can't see the tax rules section in your docs. Do you support settig up Canadian taxes where taxes are charged differently depending on the province?
A: 1) We’ll let you know when we open up other currencies again. Please email support@blixo.com about this and we’ll let you know when it’s ready and give you a free account.
2) Yes, you can set the billing interval to not be the anniversary date including the last day of the month (for example you can set it to bill on the 31st of each month, in February it will be on the 28th).
Maybe a suggestion but I'd like to gauge your response. Re the customer portal. There's a missed opportunity here to upsell / for the customer to add (purchase) additional items. Also, can you please explain (I am a bit confused) one customer can have multiple invoices right? they would all appear in the portal? and a customer could choose "which" invoices to pay now? could also overpay (put them into credit)? Each "signup page" relates to a subscription plan, what if they want to buy two different ones? and the "add-on" seems to only allow "annual" or "monthly" (per subscription plan) i.e. they can't see a monthly XYZ option and include it, it has to be annual if the subscription is annual? and your AS page states "customize your own customer portal" - where/how? because I can't find it. I hope that I can include some links in the portal (the first suggestion re upsell/add-ons would be helpful too). Thanks.
From your Customer Portal your customers can view all their invoices, subscriptions, receipts, statements, payment methods, etc. If your customer has multiple outstanding (unpaid) invoices they can pay all outstanding invoices at once, some of them, parts or all of them, etc. It’s very flexible. They can also pay using whatever payment methods are enabled on your account. We...
Thanks umm.. could someone possibly have 30 minutes to walk me through it / go over questions ie a zoom call? I assume that I could then pay and convert the trial? I’ve connected stripe and added many items etc. I think if I can just wrap my head around (bridge) what I want and what Blixo can do = success. Much appreciated.
Yes, please email sales@blixo.com to set up a demo.
Q: Re your form or a process for ordering?
(noting I’ve not purchased yet) does this / can this work like a mini-cart to checkout? I.e. if a new customer is purchasing (first time) more than one service = invoice, payment, receipt? Then subscription for services that are set as monthly or annual will also be due on their respective dates = invoice, payment receipt? Thanks.
A: We are currently building a checkout feature for Shopify stores. With subscriptions, you can create a signup page with a subscription that contains recurring and onetime add-ons through Blixo. Also, feel free to create a free Blixo account to test out these features yourself:
Hi and thanks - I am playing now. Just a quick bug - when editing “items” the price will disappear and need to be again edited to add it back.. and a question: the 10 companies - can they have separate logins? can it be used for/by a client? (That would make this deal T2 extra appealing).. and whilst USD is the only currency here, I note other comments suggesting this software may not be suitable...
What web browser and operating system are you using to add items? This will help us reproduce the error you’re experiencing. When you create a new company and select the new company, you can go to Settings -> Members and click the Invite Team Member button. You can give the client the role Administrator and they’ll have full access to the account. Under your account you’ll still be able to access...
Q: 1.
I requite a logo to be uploaded to setup the clients order. Can the payment page include upload option and 3 to 4 question form? 2. Can a free trial be offered?
1. We plan to expand this feature a lot in November to make it more like a custom form builder to capture custom fields outside of the preset options you see like add-ons, taxes, quantity, free trial period, subscription renewal date (as opposed to the anniversary date), coupon codes, custom header, billing address, shipping address, terms of service, and thank you page...
