I would normally give the benefit of the doubt but the product/support team is horrible. No response and then they block you. There is a bug between the appsumo and needing to upgrading as I ran out of credits which was wrong. The lifetime membership doesnt work. Feels like they abandoned the team.
Also there is no way to cancel despite emailing their team that I want to cancel my subscription.
Their definition of support is "the team is looking into this" every third or fourth time.
*PDF Template designer:* 1. When signing a document generated from a pdf template, tab order jumps all over the place, no matter how carefully form fields are added in the desired order. There is no apparent way to change this in the designer. 2. A popup for an explainer video materializes on hover over the variable icon (second from the top, just under "add new element". The popup cannot be closed except by signing out of BoloForms completely. 3. Checkboxes can not be set to "required". Signatures do not honour the alignment specified. 4. There is no apparent way to save progress on a template design. Exiting the template seems to save changes, whether I want it to or not. Clicking the "Save" button opens the Send interface. 5. There is no apparent way to preview and test fill a pdf template. 6. The subject line specified in the Send interface does not appear on the eventual email. Clicking to view in a web browser delivers text without paragraphs, and still does not show the email subject.
They add marking "bolosign" on the pdfs, not possible to avoid this
Around signature and on the top of each page of a pdf, there is "bolosign" marking. After discussing with the team : "it's for security reason" and "We cannot help you in this case unfortunately as all eSignature platforms have this." My legal team says they cannot use a contract on which there is extra marking.

On many of my reviews I describe myself as a “nontechie”, so I like it when an app keeps it simple. For me, Boloforms Signature simply does just that. The ease of use is a big deal to me. I didn’t find it cumbersome, and that is really appreciated. I am enjoying it so far, and I’m also enjoying the exploration. I’m glad that I was able to get it in at the beta stage, because it’s encouraging to know that it’ll only get better - especially with an attentive support team!

Let’s keep it simple!
