May 15, 2024A: Yes, we have a plug-in for some of these older chatbot platforms that we still support. We've long been serving marketers with chat automation solutions. Our new GPT solution can be used as a plugin for those older platforms though and any others that support external requests using Webhooks, or you can just use Botsheets without any other chatbot tools as dependencies and no additional costs.
We'll have Webhooks available next week.
3. Will it be possible in the chatbot itself (Massenger IGDM Telegram) created for example in Manychat to collect information about customers via Botsheets?
Yes, you'll be able to integrate Botsheets using Webhooks with those platforms and for those channels.
