May 14, 2024A: Messenger and Instagram DM is in progress. There is an API in the works that will give you the lead data, but no direct GHL integration as of now. If enough people want that we will prioritize it . The beauty of sending the data to Google Sheets is that it should be easy toget the data out of Sheets into GHL.

Exactly. GHL and the others all do the same thing. They write data to sheets. You want to train AI with a spreadsheet using lists of data. That's our value proposition!!
We have a webhook feature now available through Bot Settings to get data out of Botsheets and into any system with an Endpoint that can receive JSON data.
