No, it's still a chatbot maker: I told them I was a chore to go back to the old botstar in order to copy paste the recipes for each bot to configure the dialogue workflow, in the new version. And without giving me any timeline, they told me they will put back this feature in the actual version of Chative. I think we only have to be patient.
Q: Hello Botstar team, I am confused about what is included in the Chative product.
I am being asked to upgrade to business in order to use the app for chats.
Since I purchased this deal, I asked if you were planning to add an app for chat and I was told yes. The bot for me was a cool nice to have, but I was more interested in the chatting aspect and that is why I got this deal and waited. I am currently using Tawk.to that is a free chat but was planning to migrate when your app was ready.
Can you clarify please. It makes no sense to have 9 seats for the bots but no seats for live chat.

I did the change over with APPSUMO and verified, but Botstar refuse to help me change my login details. I really want this product and find it so unethical. They just dont both to assist at all. I received an automatic email from you (on 21 October), and you mentioned in that email you will reduce in your new Chative.io apps to only 30,000 monthly automated contacts and only to 6 members seat.
Why have you reduced these numbers? What is the reasoning behind this?
Why can't you transfer the original numbers (contacts, seats) to your new app?
+1 Until now,... no one really cares about these... and all our LTD becomes a similar type of FreePlan again and reduced a lot of features and number.... with 2 options... Take It or Leave It -.-"
Even worse when they only convert a lesser coupon for us... from 3 coupons you will only get 2 coupons not 3, too. :(
