Hello, I've searched for the email that was sent out earlier this month, but I can't find it. Can you let me know how I can receive the offer that you are sending to current clients which I am? thank you. Your support at other company says I have to be customer to send a ticket so if you have an email that I can request the offer, please respond here. Thank you

Is there a Roadmap?
I'd love to see a couple of improvements related to 'productivity' or 'time saving':

1. In Batch processing, the exported files have the same name as the originals but in the new format - GREAT! But in the single file upload, the export needs me to add a filename (or they are all called untitled.***). Can you allow me to set it so it uses the same filename? :(

2. A PRESET (a NEW default, that I create) for the Special Processors - so I don't have to go in and choose them for each file I upload. I've tested my setup, so know what Special Processors I need (all of them) for best, AWESOME results. Using the app for direct recording & processing is not an option because I need to trim out, "err, uhm, buts..." bits in the middle.

3. A PRESET (or NEW default, that I create) for the File Export Options - so I don't have to change them from the default (eg, from VBR4 to VBR9) for every export.

That's three tiny tweaks, that would help with my productivity in using the app.

If there was a roadmap, I might have been able to see these tweaks are already on your TDList. Or, had a place to go to ask for these wishes to be granted.

Thanks for making my life simpler, post production faster and less of a headache, and my voice sound better - long before any of the above are implemented.
