A: We do not act as an intermediary. All transactions are sent directly to your payment processor and deposited immediately into your respective payment account. We do not hold any transactions or charge additional fees. The only fee is what you pay to the payment processor, such as PayPal or Stripe, for the transaction.

While we are focused on launching a native blogging platform, we currently do not have plans to develop a blog migration tool. This means that initially, you might need to manually transfer content if necessary.

Your learners can self-enroll in your courses, and access will be automatically granted after payment. There is also the ability to enroll learners from the "enroll individual students" view under course options, and you can enroll them bypassing the payment gateway if needed. Pabbly, Albato, and others will be delivered by Q2 2024.
A: We support creating multilingual content; however, the interface language will be in a specific language only. There is an internal effort to offer languages as a dropdown so learners can set their own language. If you are looking for ways to enforce a different language from the backend, we do offer enterprise plans on our website that allow setting the interface language at a group level. All users in the group will see the enforced language after signing in.
