Q: difference between learner and CRM contact?
I'm asking here because your online chat sales person 'Abdul' isn't responding to my questions. can you please explain what the difference between learner and CRM contact? if they're a enrolled in a course, they're not counted as a CRM contact? how do they become a CRM contact in the first place? I thought a contact can only be added into the system when they buy a course? which then means they become a learner?

Sep 8, 2024A: Learners who are not enrolled in a course are categorized as CRM contacts (leads). For example, when an account is created manually in the backend or via Zapier automation, the individual remains a CRM contact until they enroll in a product, at which point they will be marked as a learner. All plans support unlimited learners.
