Q: Hello, I saw this in one of the settings: Notify me when the active users login count reach max capacity ...
Is there a maximum number of users for each plan? What is the maximum number of logged-in users for Tier 5?
Sorry for asking here, I already have 8 pending tickets with no response yet, and can't wait to get answers.

May 15, 2024A: You have unlimited concurrent users. The notification trigger is only for our enterprise plans that come with an active user limit. You can ignore this. We'll have that template removed from AppSumo plans.
