Q: How can we actually enroll students manually?
As a tier 4 purchaser, I have been through every support avenue, support articles, your chatbot, and am waiting for live onboarding.
Apparently the only way to enroll students manually is through group access.
And now AppSumo purchasers no longer have access to groups? This basic functionality has been restricted to "Enterprise" users?
Please fix this immediately. On your sales page, and in all of your documentation, this necessary setting to use your platform is proudly explained and promised.
In other words, WTF? How can your PRO multi-tier buyers actually use your platform?

Aug 28, 2024A: You can allow self-enrollment into courses from your marketplace or manually enroll with or without payment directly from course options. I highly recommend starting with the guide below:

Groups are not part of AppSumo plans, and the group logic is tied to our enterprise plans. You do not need groups to enroll learners into products.
