Q: I want to create a community for each course so students can interact.
However, we can create more courses than "social hub communities" on each tier. For example, we can create 300 courses on Tier 5 but only 20 social hub communities.
Do the courses include functionalities like chat, forums, and groups, in addition to what you call "social hub communities"? Or do we have to use one of these 20 social hub communities to add community functionalities to a course?

Jul 17, 2024A: The Social Hub community can be a standalone community tool similar to Facebook groups. It can be public or private, open to all LMS users. We will be launching a new release that supports restricting access to learners enrolled in specific courses, membership, paywall, etc.

I want to link a community to each course, but you can´t create as many communities as courses. We can create 300 courses on Tier 5 but only 20 social hub communities. I wonder if what you call "social hub community" can include different groups/forums or subcommunities. For example, I could create a single social hub community that includes one group/forum for each course.
You can create a Social Hub community and once advanced permissions roles are rolled out, you can restrict access to learners enrolled in specific courses. In this way, you can restrict access to specific users based on course enrollment.
