A: - Please visit here to learn more about Virtual Classroom - https://www.braincert.com/virtual-classroom
- Tier 2 has 5 attendee limit and 3 and above it is 10 attendees with active videos.
- Virtual Classroom minutes are tallied by the number of classes each month and their length, rather than by individual participant minutes or specific media streams like audio, video, or recordings.

Example 1: For a session with 20 participants lasting 60 minutes, BrainCert counts this as just 60 minutes total. In contrast, another provider might consider it 1,200 minutes (20 x 60).

Example 2: If 10 participants join a 60-minute session with recording enabled and all stream audio and video, BrainCert still regards this as a 60-minute session, offering considerable cost benefits.

Unlike typical SaaS providers that might charge for each participant's video and audio per minute, plus recording, which could easily amount to $20 for a one-hour session and total over 1,000 minutes (especially as recording costs can be high), BrainCert's model prevents rapid depletion of plan minutes.

BrainCert leverages a vast WebRTC infrastructure spanning five continents, employing innovative technologies to minimize operating costs without sacrificing quality.
