As a note, no third parties are able to access your brand assets on shared pages if you have password protection enabled for those pages.
You can also control the permissions for what somebody is able to do with share pages and in the app itself in the permissions area - so you can simply set the allow deletion to be turned off in your permissions which would...

4 stars because of (IMO) one Critical gap
Brand Bay at the 4 tier level has been wonderful with 90% of what i was hoping for except for one thing.
Individual subdomains per client. After speaking to support i was told all clients have to go to the same domain such as: all-client.website.com
I was hoping to connect my domain, then do individual subdomains in Brand Bay. Something like client1.website.com, client2.website, etc.
Other than that it has been great. And I would still recommend it to anyone looking for an easy reliable DAM to use for their agency or business.

You are correct in that it is one CNAME per account, and how agencies normally structure this is by setting the subdomain as something like brands.myagency.com/client1 /client2 etc.
So the client's brand name does still appear in the URL, it is just not individual subdomains like you have described here.

Great Tool For Client Assets
Im happy with my purchase and have no complaints. I do recommend two things though:
1. Please add the ability to export client brand kits as a PDF instead of just the current share or embed links.
2. I see some people have asked to add AI features to this tool, for me personally I would request you do not add AI features to your tool for scrapping or reading brand data/assets, your tool is perfect as it is. Adding AI will go against data and privacy on any client data/assets we upload as the AI could read, process & store this data without us knowing, which could get agencies dealing with many clients in big trouble legally.

Easy to use, elegant solution
BrandBay makes it so easy for me to organize my brand assets! The format is clean and easy to navigate.It's easy to set up categories and groups, and the you can either drop and drag or upload your assets. While I could do something similar using computer files, Google drive or similar, this particular application works well for me. Now I know exactly where to go when I need to share my logo or a brand image. Today I called upon their help desk for the first time and had a response within a couple of hours. Best Decision We've Made
We have multiple brands in our business, and managing all the assets amongst our global team has always been a headache — so this was a total no-brainer. No more outdated logos or incorrect information are slipping through the cracks. It's also super useful for sharing with external PR and colab partners, giving them access to logos, biographies and images etc. It's also a simple, elegant UI, which is easy to use.
