Brandbay had been on my radar for quite a while and I'm glad I finally bought it. While I am not running an agency, being able to easily share branding assets with remote team members from a central location makes BrandBay worth it for me. Before Brandbay, I had to share branding assets by granting access to individual files or folders in my cloud drive, which was fine for sharing files, but it wasn't as clear or straightforward as having everything visually laid out clearly on a page.

In terms of how it compares against other BAM solutions (Brand Asset Management), I haven't really tested many other solutions, but I would love to see more visually appealing and flexible layout choices (e.g. bento layout) with the ability to have a visually integrated public facing default branding guideline page for logged out users or for the general public.

Other than that, BrandBay is great as it is, and does the job well, and I look forward to seeing what the team has planned for 2026.

Most important - improve security using multi-factor authentication. Access by external parties exposes content and business information and even allows deletion and disruption...

If it would be possible to limit folder volume so to avoid a single user use too much space...

Brand Bay at the 4 tier level has been wonderful with 90% of what i was hoping for except for one thing.

Individual subdomains per client. After speaking to support i was told all clients have to go to the same domain such as: all-client.website.com

I was hoping to connect my domain, then do individual subdomains in Brand Bay. Something like client1.website.com, client2.website, etc.

Other than that it has been great. And I would still recommend it to anyone looking for an easy reliable DAM to use for their agency or business.

Im happy with my purchase and have no complaints. I do recommend two things though:
1. Please add the ability to export client brand kits as a PDF instead of just the current share or embed links.
2. I see some people have asked to add AI features to this tool, for me personally I would request you do not add AI features to your tool for scrapping or reading brand data/assets, your tool is perfect as it is. Adding AI will go against data and privacy on any client data/assets we upload as the AI could read, process & store this data without us knowing, which could get agencies dealing with many clients in big trouble legally.

BrandBay makes it so easy for me to organize my brand assets! The format is clean and easy to navigate.It's easy to set up categories and groups, and the you can either drop and drag or upload your assets. While I could do something similar using computer files, Google drive or similar, this particular application works well for me. Now I know exactly where to go when I need to share my logo or a brand image. Today I called upon their help desk for the first time and had a response within a couple of hours. Great work, Brand Bay Team!
