You are correct in that it is one CNAME per account, and how agencies normally structure this is by setting the subdomain as something like brands.myagency.com/client1 /client2 etc.

So the client's brand name does still appear in the URL, it is just not individual subdomains like you have described here.

We do try to be as transparent as possible with what features are available at each tier, and so if there was any area you are aware of where it was unclear that we do not offer multiple subdomain support, we would be glad to correct that :)
