5 Tacos for sure

I purchased the 4-tier deal. In the first 4 hours of playing with the platform, I already know that tomorrow the team will be more efficient and that opens time which means more profits.

What I haven't figured out is how to manage large numbers of client files. I have a couple of brands that have in excess of 2,000 photos; they're not stock photos they're exclusive brand photos. While in any given week we may need to access a 100 or so they still need to be accessible on Brandbay to make the platform efficient for our team members.

The other area which is similar I have one brand where we manage their courses, they have over 500 courses each individual course has several PDF Ebooks (3 or more) with 12 or more videos (in videos alone this client has 6,000) 5 audiobooks. Ideally we'd like to be able to bulk load up a file to their brand one for each course. Currently we use Onedrive the client has a folder each course is a subfolder with subfolders for the different assets. We'd then separate the Ebooks, the audiobooks and videos as we access them. At times for marketing purposes we need to give a team member access to a course, so they can select an asset to create marketing materials. You can understand that it's not practical to create a brand for every course.

What's your advice on managing our clients assets?

Thank you for the review and as well as sharing your use-case a bit for your agency's client workflow!

I believe you would benefit greatly from our next major UI/UX update which should be including bulk uploading to really help in these instances.
This update also would include a new organizational system where you could do a very similar folder/sub-folder structure like how you are doing in OneDrive right now.

The ideal flow I believe here after this update is that you would not need to be zipping/compressing a bunch of files as often but simply have the files accessible to the team and your clients where you could have the team upload them straight into BrandBay and you would be able to use the folder/collection share links to give the client or team quick access to everything for each course or groups of courses.

I believe the plan is to have this update ready within the next couple of weeks. Please be watching your inbox for updates about this soon. :)

Also please let us know if you have any other questions as you get started in BrandBay. You can contact the team via our live chat or support@brandbay.io.
We are here to help agencies and freelancers become more efficient and grow!
