We actually just recently made multiple improvements to the way share pages load assets and have seen quite a noticeable improvement, so if there are other areas that are able to be optimized on our end we would be glad to help you have the best experience possible!

Also regarding the logo, your logo should absolutely be appearing for a full white label experience. If it is not then please reach out to us and we can see why this is not appearing.

There are multiple areas where you can upload your own icon (favicon, login page, etc.) so it may be as simple as needing to add a logo in the correct area. But if it is something deeper our team should be able to take care of it in a short time for you.

We have not had anybody report an issue with this to us, with hundreds of agencies using BrandBay to provide a full white label experience to their clients so this would be something we would like to check up on.
