I think it is more centered on which country the server is. I am sitting in India and the experience was not good.
Concept is top-notch, but experience is buggy.
1)Uploads are superfast. On the other hand downloads are super slow. I don't know why. To my experience the download started from zero multiple times even for a file size of 35mb.
2) One of my files got corrupted for no reason. Although the support was responsive to recover it later. But still something to keep in mind the risk I felt.
3) Switching things feels laggy. Switching brands or even opening files. Either add a loading animation everywhere so at least it feels responsive. I don't feel it as a big problem from my end but if I am switching from a fast Gdrive. it definitely is.
4) File renaming is useless. I upload the file in a name, and it gets downloaded later with some other name. I was told that it is because of my network error. But it's fine to my knowledge.
....5 tacos for support 🌮🌮🌮🌮🌮. They respond and are very active.
To someone reading this.
I would suggest it is all about experience. It could be user specific. Must give this a try. It might work well in your case.

May 9, 2024Hello @SAAS_Reviews, we are sorry that you had experienced some glitchiness in the app. It is difficult to say exactly what took place for you (as I remember your support thread). We use rather high available storage and much of the infrastructure is AWS based. It would seem the vast majority of users have an excellent experience in the application. As stated in our thread a team member was able to go in and upload the same assets you had put in and and download them very quickly without any glitches, I am not certain if it was simply that one day, or if something else was going on, but we are certainly in position to focus on making the experience of BrandBay the best it can be. If there is something that we can isolate as a bug, we stand ready to make it as smooth as possible. So far it seemed to be isolated to this experience you had here in the beginning which even if it is one person, that does not make me happy. But if there is something that can be done on our side, we are desirous to perfect the BrandBay experience. :)
A little more was explained in our private support conversation by our team of more the technical details of what we believe was going on and I believe we were waiting to hear back from you if what was done now leaves a good experience for you and if not we have the next steps to go forward in troubleshooting!
