Q: Two questions...

I tried this in the past and took my time to really go through and do this with a client. Unfortunately, neither of us was impressed with the output. I think this is great for providing a structured flow, which is why I'm tempted to give it another shot as I believe this could be incredibly useful in workign with clients.

Two questions.

1) Has anything been done to improve the quality of the output? I use Claude as my daily AI driver and find the results superior by asking my clients a similar set of questions.
2) Is there any way to share with a client to work on collaboratively? This is a major sticking point and I mentioned it in my past communication. I understand guiding a client through these questions, but the reality is that to do this well requires thought and many clients prefer to do this independently and meet to discuss.

A: 1) Output quality
Yes, quite a lot has improved. We’ve moved away from generic, prompt-style AI output toward a guided, framework-driven branding process. The AI now works within clear strategic structures instead of producing free-form text.

Users who’ve returned after a few months consistently tell us the results feel more grounded, less fluffy, and far more client-ready, especially for professional use and superior to just using SOTA LLMs.

(We use Gemini 3.0, 2.5, GPT 5.2, Claude Sonnet & Opus depending on the use case, and update models regulary)

2) Client collaboration
You’re absolutely right, and you’re not alone. This has been one of our most requested features.

At the moment, most teams either:

-) work through the process together with clients (live or on a call), or
-) collect answers offline and enter them themselves.

What’s coming next (already in active development):
Client access, allowing clients to fill in inputs themselves (ETA: ~2 weeks)

That exact workflow you described is precisely where we’re heading.
