Q: Agency Questions
Firstly, thank you so much for this deal. The idea looks impressive.
I have a few questions.
1. How can we use it for clients? Do you have any agency plans or can we upgrade any add‑on for agency plans so that we can use it for clients? if yes, how much it will cost?
2. While tracking brand mentions and warm leads, does it scan the entire web—including Google reviews , yext and other reviews—or just social media?
3. If I jump on the top tier, how much will it cost to add extra accounts? What will be the pricing to add extra LinkedIn, WhatsApp, or other accounts?
4. If we are already using GHL for InstaDM, can we connect both apps together? Like, can we use GHL for regular conversation and Brandjet for outreach for the same Instagram account?

For starters I'll add that this platform was made by a team that ran an outbound agency! We productized our learnings and technical expertise and consolidated everything into what you see here today - a comprehensive GTM solution.
1. The higher tiers come loaded with extra workspaces (5 with Tier 4) - and you are able to purchase add-ons in app for more seats. Each new outreach seat connection (like connecting another LinkedIn) should be $17/mo - however with agencies we do offer a discount and offer a subsidized pay as you go service. Client churns after a month? Don't worry, we won't charge you for the infra! I'd be happy to discuss this further based on your goals and invite you to our agency partner program that we recently started.
2. Currently scans socials + news sites as well. We're adding more and more platforms and any new addition to the feed will be available to sumolings! The next on the list is facebook based on current demand, open to suggestions!
3. Top tier new accounts should be $17/mo (for context, less than other tools like lemlist/heyreach!) - but as I mentioned again if this is for agency work I would love to support the work and have you on as part of our agency program once you hopefully sign on, which makes this even more cost effective especially as you scale.
4. No issues at all, the only thing to be mindful of here is if you are using a single account for outreach messages it is better to have a lower volume of outbound messages in the interest of account security. We've helped run IG campaigns for clients using the platform too, so I'd be happy to hop and call and go over these things in more detail!
