Q: Did you just REMOVE Auto reply to social media comments ?
I did set up an agent to help me reply to relevant posts in Linkedin and Twitter. I chose to manually review each and edit the comments if needed.
This worked well for a week but now the entire feature is just gone !
can you confirm that and explain why?

A: Hi! That can still be done through Artemis, we're just revamping the UI/UX for the agents to make the workflows better and that update should be live soon as well.
The Agent was setup via Artemis yes. The UI though specifically allowed to review the proposed comments which was very useful. If this UI element is removed and this review needs to happen daily by convering with Artemis it would not allow for a routine daily comment review. Hope you put this back in the UI. Updated UI also doesn't allow to select which platform to review for potential comment opp
We're adding in the updated UI shortly. Apologies for not transitioning between these versions more smoothly. We'll try to inform in advance before such updates. Could you clarify if we can use Brandjet to train auto replies to all comments - or just ones we are mentioned on?
Is this functionality applicable on all current (and future) social media account i.e - LinkedIn accounts (presumably organisation pages?), Instagram, X, Facebook Pages (when launched) and WhatsApp?
I'm looking at replient.ai on AppSumo which is purely focused on...
First and foremost, this is a great deal for software that does so much. However, I do have one question. Is there more out of the box fully enabled automations in the SaasS subscriptions on your website versus the LTD here on Appsumo?

Q: How does the "mentions" counter work? In Tier 4 there are 10'000 available.
We have 10000 mentions available, 1000+ used (10%). How does this work? Does this renew each month? Do we need to remove all the mentions to push it back to zero? Not sure what the logic here is.
Also, I am testing an AI Agent to post comments. When it responds to a comment and it is removed from the "Approval" list or done automatically, does this reduce the mentions coutner by -1 ?
