Q: Evaluting Brandjet
Hi, I’m evaluating BrandJet and wanted to clarify a few things before fully setting up:
1. The 700M+ database — is this accessible as part of AS LTD Deal?
2. Does the database include email, LinkedIn, and phone numbers, or only emails?
3. Can BrandJet handle two-way conversations on LinkedIn, Email, and WhatsApp?
4. can we setup an Exclusive AI agents that can reply automatically to leads on Email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn?
5. How does the phone call feature work — is it AI calling leads, or just call tracking/click-to-call? is it part of the AS deal?
6. In BYOK, can we use Agenticflow credits (previous AS deal)
7. Can we do outbound DMs in Instagram? Or only when someone responds?
8. Are there any daily limits for emails, LinkedIn actions, or WhatsApp messages?
This will help me plan my outreach workflow properly. Thanks!

1. We've added free credits as a gift to sumolings, this is something we pushed out just recently - all other lead collection methods are available and can be used however you'd like across the plans!
2. Yes it includes all of these, although naturally some entries in the database may not be enriched with the phone number
3. Yes! You can handle these directly through the Unibox for messages related to your outbound and even set up reply automations!
4. Yes that is possible, there is an option to do this inside the unibox and then also through Artemis
5. We do not have a phone call feature, it is on the roadmap but not at all something that's on our page at the moment!
6. Currently we do not have a direct integration with them, but I'd be happy to take a closer look and see what we can do. I am not familiar with the platform you have mentioned per se, we typically do recommend using Sonnet given it works best!
7. Yes! That is the main feature of the Instagram automations, it is not intended for inbound and intended for outbound campaigns.
8. Yes, the email limits depend on the Tier you're going for, for email each account can send 30-40 con. req. per day (this is across the plan due to LinkedIns own cap). For WhatsApp, no hard limit but we do recommend keeping the total messages low per campaign to ensure the number you are using does not get burned out.
