Q: Few important questions

Hey,

1. Are you planning to add mentions tracking for Pinterest, Quora, and Facebook?

2. For mentions tracking, does it also include comments and how does it exactly works?

3. If I don’t have LinkedIn Sales Navigator, how can I import leads besides manual upload? Can BrandJet pull leads from LinkedIn search results or from people who like/comment on a post? Does BrandJet cover the same LinkedIn features as SendPilot deal on AppSumo?

4. Can BrandJet create AI personalized outreach messages, such as sending custom DMs on LinkedIn or Twitter based on a user’s profile using AI?

5. I see a verified contacts feature. How accurate is it? Is it part of Leadfinder, and is there a monthly limit on email credits or a one-time allocation?

A: Hey Rohan,

Great questions! Here you go:

1. Pinterest, Quora, and Facebook mention tracking are all on our roadmap. No exact ETA yet but they're coming.

2. Yes, mention tracking does include comments across channels. So you're covered there.

3. For pulling leads from LinkedIn, you'll need Sales Navigator. Our Chrome extension works alongside it to import leads directly into BrandJet from LinkedIn search results and posts.

4. AI personalized outreach messages for LinkedIn and Twitter DMs are something we're actively building. Coming soon.

5. Verified contacts is a separate feature from LeadFinder. The credits are a one time allocation based on your tier, not monthly.

Two more questions:

1. Regarding LLM models monitoring, would you be also implementing optimization too like generate specific action items to improve your AI ranking (GEO tasks, content briefs, prompt optimization). like what Visby does?

2. Regarding "Leads Finder" whats the source? is it pulling from Linkedin sales navigator?

2. Leads Finder pulls from multiple data sources combined, not just LinkedIn. So you get a broader and more enriched dataset for prospecting.

Thanks for answering all the questions, just one more for now, so it means if I dont have sales navigator, I cant use your platform for Linkedin outreach?

Hi Rohan, yes. Sales nav is if you want to import leads for LinkedIn without using the database that we have since the sales nav collectors do not cost you any credits.

Just to confirm my understanding: with Sendpilot, users can extract LinkedIn leads to campaign by using search URLs after searching for people with filters on a free LinkedIn account.

Can Brandjet do the same, or does it require LinkedIn Sales Navigator to import leads? Sales Navigator is expensive, and most users don’t have access to it.

Could you please reply this final question so I can makeup my mind, I am thinking of getting higher tier. Thanks.
